At Keuka College, We're Here for You Every Step of the Way
The Keuka College Academic Success Center is a central location for all Keuka College students to study, meet others, and find many academic resources in one place! This free service is available to the entire Keuka College community, including online and graduate students. The Academic Success Center is located in the shared study-work space on the first floor of Lightner Library with ample glass whiteboards, comfortable seating, private study and collaborative areas. Our dedicated staff, writing specialists, and tutors offer:
- Writing help: in person, virtual, or via email
- Subject tutoring in any subject
- Technology tutors for your classes, such as saving and organizing different types of files and basic Moodle
- Field Period® consultants for help brainstorming Field Periods or Handshake proposal submission support
- Study skills mentors
- Supplemental Instruction study sessions for selected classes
- Academic workshops and events
- Online Moodle courses in APA, Avoiding plagiarism, Time management, and Study Skills
- A variety of drop-in services

We're Here to Help
The Academic Success Center has a primary focus on writing, celebrating writing and reading through a variety of activities and events. In addition to the services listed above, we help with:
- Encouraging all writers, including faculty and staff, to come in for feedback on writing, including reports, publications, syllabi, and assignments
- Supporting writing across the curriculum initiatives and goals
- Providing professional development opportunities for student tutors and others in the campus community
- Providing outlets, venues, and support for publications and writing groups
