TITLE IX POLICY STATEMENT & NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATION
As part of its commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful educational and employment environment for its students, faculty and staff, Keuka College does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits all forms of sex discrimination in any educational program or activity that it operates as required by Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972 (“Title IX”), including in admissions and employment.
To ensure compliance with federal, state, and local civil rights laws and regulations, and to affirm its commitment to promoting the goals of fairness and equity in all aspects of the education program or activity, Keuka College has developed policies and procedures that provide for prompt, fair, equitable and impartial resolution of allegations of sex discrimination. Keuka College’s Sex Discrimination and Sex-Based Harassment Policy and Resolution Process reflect the College’s commitment and provide a means to address allegations of sex discrimination, including sex-based harassment and sex-based violence. The College’s Policy is consistent with Title IX, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and Article 129-B of the New York State Education Law.
