Learn the Science of Accounting and the Art of Business with an Accounting Degree

In a world based on ones and zeros, dollars and cents—it’s critical that someone’s there to keep track of it all. At Keuka College, accounting is more than just learning to crunch numbers and track the bottom line.

Our program gives you the analytical skills and knowledge needed to excel in accounting for a variety of roles in business, government, law enforcement, and other related fields or companies.

Program Overview

Accounting Major

From revenue recognition to exploring bankruptcy, Keuka College’s accounting program will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed for entering graduate school, or a variety of careers in business, government, law enforcement, and other accounting fields.

Our program consists of courses and internship experiences (one each year you're here) that are designed to give you the analytical and quantitative skills required for professional exams and certifications, graduate school, and career opportunities.

Accounting Minor

If you're majoring in another professional field that might one day require you to manage financial resources, or keep track of assets, consider adding a minor in accounting.

The accounting minor will provide you with the fundamentals of financial and managerial accounting, and also offer you the opportunity to delve into topics such as cost accounting, accounting for non-profit organizations, or income tax accounting. The choice is yours, and you can custom-tailor the minor to fit your desired career trajectory.
